Project Cake has a variety of flavours to choose from all baked from scratch using premium quality ingredients. All cakes are covered with a delicious chocolate ganache - either white/dark chocolate depending on the flavour you select.

Please see chart for portion guide of our most frequently requested cake sizes. The size of the portion affects the diameters and tier numbers Jazz will recommend.
Ordinarily our cake tiers are 4 inches deep and our servings are based on either
Coffee portions (1 x 1 x 4 inches)
or
Dessert portions (1 x 2 x 4 inches).
